Do you ship items?

No. Per Massachusetts law, orders are for local pick-up only. Delivery is also an option for a fee.

Do you deliver?

Yes depending on the location and what my schedule allows I can deliver. The delivery fee starts at $10. Price will increase depending on how far away the delivery is and how large of an order you have placed.

How long do your products last?

All items can last up to 5 days when stored in an airtight container.

Do you offer allergen friendly items?

At the moment, no. I hope to offer allergen friendly items in the future but as of right now I do not. If someone in your party does have an allergy, please let me know when ordering and I will take the proper precautions. All products are made in the same kitchen so I cannot guarantee that there is no chance of cross contamination but I will do my best to ensure it!

How far in advance should I place my order?

Please allow at least 1-2 weeks to place your order. The more notice I have will allow me to best accommodate your order!

What are the customization fees?

There is a customization fee added to the sugar cookies and cakes. The price will vary depending on what kind of design you want for your event.

Any other fees I should know about before paying?

There is a processing fee for your transaction. The price of the fee varies depending on how large your order is. If you order cookies individually wrapped, there is a 30 cent fee per cookie added.

What if I need to cancel my order?

All orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to 72 hours in advance. Anything after 72 hours notice will receive a 50% refund.
