I'm Christina, Founder and Baker at Bellini Baking Company, and I'm so glad you found us! Established in 2022, Bellini Baking Co was inspired by a dream to provide an experience where people come together and feel connected through sharing handcrafted baked goods. After graduating in 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Management and an Associates of Science in Baking and Pastry Arts, Christina went on to gain additional hands-on experience in the industry. From being a professionally trained baker at a high-end pastry shop in Cambridge, MA, to working Management positions in the hospitality industry, Christina's primary focus was to always provide an outstanding experience for each and every customer, through an exceptional product and unparalleled service.
Craving a way to grow and nurture her passion at a place to call her own, Christina came back to her family values and traditions. Growing up in Stoneham, MA, surrounded by family and friends, Christina credits her love for good food to the many family festivities where everyone would gather around the table to eat, drink, and solve the world's problems- all over some freshly baked goodies.
Bellini Baking Co was founded in hopes to help recreate the same kind of community where handcrafted baked goods are at the heart of every conversation.
